Community Care Access Support System (CCASS) – ccass.aacs.com.au

Project Requirement AACS has been contracted to host the Community Care Access Support System (CCASS) up to the end of March 2015 for two Victorian Aged Care Access Point services.
AACS hosts, maintains and provides application support including developer enhancements to the CCASS system for the Department of Health Victoria. AACS also provides Help Desk services and provides complex reporting and analysis services. AACS has built web-based reporting systems to complement the application which are distributed to the Access Point sites and Department of Health representatives.

Nurse Practitioner – Aged Care Models of Practice Program – MediAssist

Project Requirement AACS was subcontracted to assist with the development of the data needs of the project including the collection and analysis of the information, and modification of an existing AACS web based client management system – MediAssist for the collection of nurse practitioner, patient and consultation data.
Why did they choose AACS? AACS has demonstrated expertise in developing data collection requirements and software applications to make the evaluation process seamless. The evaluation receives the data it needs as an output from the ongoing activities of the sites and Nurse Practitioners.
